Since 2005, Dr. Gorrindo has been actively involved in clinical work, providing treatment for pediatric patients afflicted with mental illness, and in particular, obsessive-compulsive disorder and problematic internet behaviors. Pulling from both adolescent addiction and OCD-based treatment models, Dr. Gorrindo developed a group treatment program for child with problematic internet behaviors which includes parallel child and parent treatment tracks. Dr. Gorrindo previously worked in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at MassGeneral Hospital. He currently maintains medical licenses in Massachusetts and Virginia and works part-time at the Ross Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders in Washington, DC.
